This website is owned and operated by Pierluca Arena, conducting business under the name CoolChick. These Terms set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the website and the services provided by us. By using our website, purchasing a product, or contacting us, you accept these Terms. 
   To use our website and purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• You are using the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
   

Accounts may be created to track orders and access special services. Account users must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials.

All prices are listed in PLN or EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We offer 3D printed and handmade earrings for personal use.

• Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes are stated during checkout.

• Payment methods accepted include: credit/debit card, PayPal, Blik.

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Returns and cancellations are subject to our Return Policy. Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

All content on this website, including images, designs, texts, product photos, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of CoolChick or are used under appropriate licenses. All products and designs supplied are protected by EU and International copyright and other intellectual property laws. Designs remain the property of CoolChick even after they are sold. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or copying of the products or images belonging to CoolChick may result in legal action. Orders are accepted, and goods supplied on the contractual understanding that they will not be offered for resale, either directly or indirectly, unless agreed with us under the form a contract or written permission. They shall not under any circumstances be sold other than as a CoolChick product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access to our website if:

• Any false or misleading information has been provided.

• There is suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity.

• You are in breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

All goods are supplied by us on condition that our liability for any fault or defect, is limited in amount to the sum not exceeding the purchase price of the goods. Under no circumstance, shall CoolChick be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.To the fullest extent permitted by law,  CoolChick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of the website or the purchase of our products.
