Shipping time, costs and conditions

At CoolChick, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 2–5 business days] after payment confirmation. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We proudly ship worldwide.

Your order will be shipped using reliable shipping companies or official postal services, always with a tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, depending on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs processes, and postal service efficiency.

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that for orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CollChick earrings. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the following terms:

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns ONLY from countries within Europe.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The returned item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Orders

  • We do not accept returns from countries outside Europe.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Within Poland we mainly ship using InPost. In Poland you can initiate a return through the InPost system. Or using another shipping method you prefer. 

For the rest of Europe to initiate a return, please contact us at info@coolchick.pl within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be detracted from the refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping. In case of lost return item, shipped by a non trackable method, the customer will be considered responsible and we'll not refund the cost of the item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [ 3–7 business days].
 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@coolchick.pl with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
